Welcome. I'm a writer and artist whose life has not unfolded in a straight line.
My writing doesn't fit in a category. Back in the '90s I cowrote a technical book, then I published a nonfiction book on software and public policy. Before the word blog was coined, I kept an online journal devoted to world music. Since then I've written a memoir of growing up strange; and soon I hope to publish my first novel, Goose Pond, a work of ecofiction inspired by climate change, in which the world is a pond and all the characters are birds.
